​Bill Colletti - Flugelhorn / Vocals / Keyboards

Bill is a professional multi-instrumentalist and recording artist who has been performing since 1978. His primary instruments include flugelhorn, trumpet, valve trombone, piano, guitar, and vocals. Deeply influenced by the iconic horn stylings of Chet Baker, Doc Severinsen, Herb Alpert, and Chuck Mangione, Bill brings a warm, lyrical tone and groove-centered approach to his playing. His versatility spans a wide range of genres, including jazz, smooth/contemporary jazz, Latin, big band, pop, orchestral music, and Broadway musicals.

Throughout his career, Bill has performed with Grammy Award–winning and top contemporary/smooth jazz artists such as Dave Koz, Peter White, Marc Antoine, and Oli Silk. His debut all-original CD, Be on the Light, was released on January 29, 2019 and has received airplay on SiriusXM, along with worldwide streaming on Spotify, Pandora, Amazon, YouTube, and numerous international radio stations.

A contemporary smooth jazz flugelhorn and trumpet artist, Bill is known for blending classic jazz sensibilities with modern, soulful textures to create a relaxed yet emotionally engaging listening experience. His singles “Get Into It,” “Treble Maker,” and “Be on the Light” have been featured on The Dave Koz Lounge (SiriusXM Channel 66). His most recent single, “Out of Pocket,” was released on March 21, 2025.

Bill was awarded 1st Place in the “So You Think You Can Jam” competition aboard the Dave Koz 2013 Mediterranean Jazz Cruise and is the featured trumpet/flugelhorn soloist on Spanish Latin contemporary jazz artist Arturo Romay’s album Jumping With Joy.

In addition to performing, Bill is a composer, producer, and recording engineer. He is a full-time musician holding a BS degree in Computer Science and owns and operates Kay L. A. Recording Studio in Naples, Florida, where he continues to perform regularly at local venues, restaurants, and clubs.

Lisa George - Vocals

Originally from upstate New York, Lisa is a dynamic singer-songwriter with a powerful, soulful voice and remarkable stylistic range. Equally at home across multiple genres, she brings passion and authenticity to every performance. Lisa has toured internationally, including performances in New Orleans and Japan, and has opened for nationally recognized acts such as Special Efx and The Platters.

Close your eyes and you might swear you’re hearing the raw energy of Tina Turner, the soulful grit of Janis Joplin, the pop power of Taylor Dayne, and the modern edge of Grace Potter—all sharing the same stage. Now part of the BC Music Group family, Lisa is a captivating entertainer whose performances leave audiences energized and wanting more. She is currently writing and recording new music in the studio.

Nette - Vocals

Nette is a professional vocalist originally from New Jersey whose passion for music began at the age of five. She started her singing journey performing solo and singing a cappella harmonies alongside her mother at church events, laying a strong foundation in vocal blend and musical expression. Throughout her adolescent and high school years, Nette was cast in multiple musical productions and choruses, further refining her stage presence and performance skills.

Her dedication and talent led her to become a member of a nationally recognized, championship-level competitive choir representing her high school, district, and the state of New Jersey. The choir consistently earned first-place honors at major competitions, and Nette was selected as one of only twelve vocalists to represent her town and state at a private Christmas performance at the New Jersey Governor’s residence.

Nette later auditioned for several national television singing competitions, including American Idol and The X Factor, and achieved finalist status on The Voice. She went on to establish her own full dance band, performing at numerous venues throughout Southwest Florida.

 

Currently, Nette performs professionally as a vocalist across Southwest Florida and internationally aboard cruise ship excursions, captivating audiences both locally and abroad with her powerful voice and dynamic stage presence.

Terri Dixon - Vocals

Originally from the Washington, DC area and now based in Naples, Florida, Terri is a seasoned performer with an extensive career spanning Broadway, national tours, regional theatre, and cruise entertainment. She joined the national touring company of Menopause The Musical in September 2018 and previously appeared on Broadway in Smokey Joe’s Café.

Terri’s national tour credits include My One and Only (Flounder) and The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, starring Ann-Margret and Gary Sandy (Angel). Her regional theatre work includes productions at The Wick Theatre, The MUNY in St. Louis, Maine State Musical Theatre, Westchester Broadway Theatre, Florida Studio Theatre, Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival, Cazenovia Musical Theatre, Alhambra Theatre, and New Harmony Theatre.

Selected stage credits include Godspell (Robin), Smokey Joe’s Café (Patty D’Arcy track), Always…Patsy Cline (Patsy), Oklahoma! (Laurie u/s), The World Goes ’Round (Woman 1), The Drowsy Chaperone (Drowsy), Cowgirls (Jo), Into the Woods (The Witch), Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Narrator), and Frank Wildhorn’s world premiere of Waiting for the Moon (later retitled Zelda), understudying Lauren Kennedy in the title role.

In addition to theatre, Terri spent many years performing as a singer, dancer, and lead vocalist aboard five-star cruise ships. She studied music at Towson State University and completed her training at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City.

Mike Rogers - Guitar / Vocals

Mike Rogers delivers a distinctive blend of smooth guitar work and soulful vocals, seamlessly infused with elements of reggae, funk rock, and R&B. His sound is both groove-driven and melodic, reflecting a deep appreciation for diverse musical styles.

Born in New Mexico and raised musically in Naples, Florida, Mike’s musical journey began at an early age. After picking up the saxophone at age 11, he quickly began exploring jazz, which opened the door to learning additional instruments including guitar, bass, and eventually singing and songwriting. Naples became the creative foundation where his musical tastes and artistic identity took shape.

While still in his teens, Mike formed his own band, serving as lead guitarist and vocalist. This early start led to extensive touring and recording throughout the early 2000s. To date, he has recorded and released seven albums of original music and has also produced Turn It Over, the album by singer-songwriter and pianist Heather Brooks.

Mike draws inspiration from everything he listens to, but cites Prince, Sting, Marvin Gaye, George Benson, Lenny Kravitz, and Stevie Wonder among his most influential musical inspirations.

Currently, Mike performs throughout Southwest Florida at a wide range of venues, working as a singer-songwriter, lead guitarist, saxophonist, and bass guitarist.

Lennart Caspersen - Drums / Percussion

Originally from Denmark and now based in the United States, he is a versatile percussionist with years of international performance experience across a wide range of genres, including jazz, Latin, rock, blues, and country. Having performed extensively both overseas and throughout the U.S., he brings a dynamic, passionate, and rhythmically compelling style to every project. His expressive and energetic approach to percussion adds a distinctive pulse to the sound of BC Music Group.
